Crystal was the daughter of Nathan and Yvonne Carter. She was first married to David Ramsey with whom she had five wonderful sons: Jake, Joshua, twins Jeb and Joe and Jesse. Crystal and Dave divorced and she then married James Snyder on March 18 1995. She graduated from Shikellamy High School in 1979. She was a wonderful mother, friend and wife. She had a extremely giving nature and a wonderful infectious smile. She will missed by many, many friends and family members. Crystal left a wonderful legacy and was an inspiration to many.
