Sweetwater - Oct. 29 - Funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at the Nolan Baptist Church for W. C. Barton, 81, long-time resident of the Nolan section of Nolan County. He had been ill for about a year.
Survivors include his wife, seven sons and six daughters. Sons are F. M. Barton of Clarendon, Will of Post, Nolan of Waco, A. A. of Levelland, C. W., Paul and H. T. all of Nolan. Daughters are Mrs. J. M. Modrall, Mrs. E. C. Womack, Lillie, Ruth and Irene, all of Nolan; and Mrs. L. H. Hollowell of Abilene.
