Buried initially at Fort Knocke, Woodstock, Cape Town. Commemorated on the Woodstock Boer War memorial in Maitland Cemetery, Cape Town. Also commemorated o the Royal Scots Grey's Boer War memorial on the Edinburgh Castle side of West Princes Street in Edinburgh, Scotland (listed as Pte A Haig).
