Pearl M. Kienbaum, 86,a resident of Oak Creek Assisted living died Tuesday evening, May 24, 2016. She was the former Pearl M. Lehrke, born March 27, 1930 in Kiel, daughter of the late Ernest & Matilda (Wagner) Lehrke. On November 17, 1945 she married Jerome F. Kienbaum at Louis Corners. Jerome preceded her in death on September 30, 2000. Pearl worked at Lake to Lake, Kiel, retiring after 30 years. She was a member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Kiel. Pearl loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She looked forward to spending time at the Senior Center, playing sheepshead, taking rides in the car enjoying the scenery and time spent at their cottage on Cedar Lake. Survivors include her two daughters: Patricia Kienbaum of Kiel, Sandy (John) Koenig, Beaver Dam; son-in-law: Steven (Mary Emily) Anhalt, IL and six grandchildren: Stephanie (Jeff) Wilke, Steve (Tanya) Anhalt, Becky (Jeff) Roloff, Tracy (Todd) Ferron, CJ (Kristy) Koenig and Nicholas Koenig. She is further survived by 11 great grandchildren: Alec & Austin Wilke, Kennedy & Cade Ferron, Nathan Puri, Grant, Grace and Connor Roloff, Carter, Brennan & Aaron Koenig; two sisters: Carol Jean Gierke (special friend, Al Riesterer) and Ruth (Fritz) Holschbach, a sister-in-law: Isabel Kienbaum, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter: Janice Anhalt, one brother: Norman (Ellen) Lehrke, one sister: Gladys (Harry) Nennig, and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. The Mass of Christian Burial for Pearl will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 413 Fremont St, Kiel with Rev. Patrick Nelson S.D.S. officiating and Joe Zenk assisting. Burial will take place in the Kiel City Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the church from 9:00 am until the time of service.
