David Richardson, s. of Stephen Richardson, Jr. and his 2nd wife Abigail Pelham, bapt. Apr. 6, 1729 at Stonington, Conn. He d. Aug. 5, 1811 purportedly at Enfield, Conn. but is otherwise interred at Somers, Conn., Æ 83 (g.s.)

On Oct. 28, 1747 at Lebanon, Conn., David m. his 1st cousin once removed, Rachel Richardson, dau. of Amos Richardson and Rachel Yarrington, b. May 16, 1729 at Coventry, Conn. She d. Jan. 13, 1807 also purportedly at Enfield, but is interred at Somers, Conn., Æ 79 (g.s.) Rachel was admitted to the Lebanon Congregational Church on Sept. 3, 1749 (Ch. Rec.) They had at least the following seven children, the first five of birth and/or bapt. record at Lebanon, Conn., the other two by baptism only at Lebanon, but were not necessary b. at Lebanon:

• 1. Rachel, b. July 23, 1748 (bapt. Sept. 3, 1749), d. Apr. 29, 1796 at Somers, Conn. (g.s.); m. June 29, 1769 at Somers, Conn., Joseph Sexton, s. Daniel Sexton and Mary Douglas, b. Sept. 21, 1743 at Somers, where he d. Mar. 2, 1807 (g.s.)

• ii. Abigail, b. Oct. 10 (bapt. Nov. 5), 1749; d.y.

• iii. Abigail again, b. Feb. 1 (bapt. Apr. 21), 1750/1; d. unm. Mar. 15, 1770 at Somers, Conn. (Somers VRs)

• iv. Stephen, b. May 1 (no bapt. rec.), 1752; m. Ginna Hunt of Somers, Conn.

• v. Betty, b. Mar. 21 (bapt. Mar. 31), 1754; m. Daniel Benton of Tolland, Conn.

• vi. Annis (f), bapt. Dec. 14, 1755; no further record known.

• viii. David, bapt. Jan. 23, 1757, d. Sept. 9, 1824 at Monroe Twp, Muskingum, OH (Somers VRs); m. 1) Eunice Wood and 2) Sarah Hudson.
