Services for Maudie Elizabeth Miles, 81, Were held at 2:30pm last Friday at the Pentecostal Church Of God in Catoosa, Where she was a member. She died January 28, 1986 in a Claremore Nursing home.A long time Catoosa resident, she was born September 2,1904 in Indian territory.
Her husband Samuel Miles preceded her in death in 1978.
survivors include one son, Dale Miles, Catoosa, 2 step daughters, Marguerite Jones of Longview Texas, and Imogene Freda Thurman of Tulsa, 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. also surviving are one brother, Jim Langley, of Greely Colorado,and 2 sisters, Audie Philips, Eureaka California, and Mae Seabolt of Phoenix, Az.
