Marysville-Earl L. "Hop" Michael, 93, of 160 Cove Hill Road, Rye Twp., died Thursday at his home.
A former Rye Twp. supervisor, he was retired from the Manbeck Baking Co. in Harrisburg, and had previously worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad.
Surviving are a son, Robert L. Sr., of Rye Twp.; a daughter, Janet Raine of Lake View, Iowa; a sister, Hazel Rhinehart of Waynesboro; a half brother, Amos Sheaffer, and a half sister, Anna M. Parks, both of Lancaster; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
There will be no viewing or funeral services. Shalonis Funeral Home, Marysville, is handling arrangements.
