Per burial information taken from Connecticut, Hale Collection of Cemetery Inscriptions on Ancestry compiled in the 1930's:

"Edward Drake, son, (stone buried too deep, cannot read)"

The records of First Congregational Church of Windsor list both Edward Drake (d. 1828), followed by Edward (d. 1831, AE 3 yrs). The stone is described in the DAR record (Cemetery Inscriptions, 1st edition, 1929, p. 25) as a small stone. Could indicate a child.
