Paula "Cookie" Cook was born May 25, 1942, in Dallas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dennie Paul Climer and Marrie Lou Gardner.
Survivors: Daughter, Stephanie Cook; son, Joseph Cook; sister, Althia Louise Toribio; aunt, Carolyn English.
