Betty Ann Bell, age 70 of Hardinsburg, KY died Friday, May 20, 2016 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. She was born in McQuady, KY on December 14, 1945, the daughter of the late Leslie Byrd Neff and Maude Howard Neff. She retired from the Kentucky State Police as secretary of the Elizabethtown Post, was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church and enjoyed yard sales and playing Bingo.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter Jerri Whitworth, 2 sisters - Margie Still and Kathleen Wheatley, 6 brothers - Denzil, Wendell, Robert, Jimmy, Kenneth and L B Neff, Jr.
Betty is survived by her husband Randall Bell of Hardinsburg, KY

Annette Clausen and her husband Rick of Louisville, KY
Sonja Smiley and her husband Richie of Harned, KY

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at 1 PM with Rev. Paul Gibson officiating. Burial will be in the New Bethel Cemetery.
