SLIGO -– Edward Lobaugh Mooney, 84, of Sligo RD, died Tuesday evening in his home. Born May 22, 1874, in Monroe Township, Clarion County, he was the son of John and Sabrina Lobaugh Mooney. He was married in 1905 to Rose Ada Watson who survives.
Surviving are three sons; Leland of Duquesne, Walter of New Kensington and Mark of Tionesta, three daughters, Mrs. Ethel Huff of Canton, O., Mrs. Gladys Turmet [Permut] of East Orange N. J., and Mrs. Bernice Wilson of Erie, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The last survivor of his family, he was preceded in death by 12 brothers and one sister.
The body is in the Hawk Funeral Home, Sligo.
