Guy F. Brown of New Oxford, Adams County, formerly of Hanover, died Oct. 18 at The Brethren Home Community, New Oxford. He was 89.
Mr. Brown retired from Hanover Wire Cloth and later worked for John Haar as a carpenter.
He was a past member of New Oxford Social and Athletic Club.
Born in New Oxford March 10, 1912, he was a son of the late Harvey C. and Emily V. Lough Brown.
He leaves a sister, Ethel Gruver of Gettysburg; and nieces and nephews.
Following a funeral service with the Rev. Dale E. Brown officiating, burial was in New Oxford Cemetery.
