Claude P. Brown, 66, formerly of 412 McKinley Ave., Hanover, died Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in Hillview House, Hanover.
Born in Adams County, he was the son of the late Harvey C. and Emily V. (Lough) Brown. His wife, Regina K. Lippy Brown, died in 1980.
He was a member of the Westside Baptist Church in Thomasville. He was a retired security guard from Hiob Loaders, York.
Surviving are one daughter, Linda Garber of New Oxford, two, sons, Harold Brown and Rev. Dale E. Brown, both of Abbottstown; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Guy F. Brown of New Oxford and Donald W. Brown of Hanover; and two sisters, Anna V. Sandler of New Oxford and Ethel Gruver of Thomasville.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Westside Baptist Church in Thomasville with Robert Laughman, David Hudson and the Rev. Andy Tully officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.
