Wanda was a graduate of St. Francis School of Nursing in Wichita. She married Dale Patterson in November 1945 in Tampa, Kansas.
Survivors included a son, Joseph Patterson; six grandchildren, Greg, Lori, Jon, Lindsey, Jenny and Jeff; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dale; a son, Greggory Patterson; a sister, Betty Hughes; and brother, Gene Moss.
