Friends may visit with the family of Lucy F. Abraham, 87, formerly of Carol Stream and Kingston, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Monday, April 7, at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. in Wheaton. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery in Wheaton. Born July 22, 1920, to Peter and Vinceza Fracassi, she died Thursday, April 3, 2008, at the DeKalb County Rehab and Nursing Center. Lucy retired in 1985, after 30 years at the First National Bank of Chicago. She loved to knit and crochet and play bingo. She enjoyed many road trips to the Indian casinos in Wisconsin. She enjoyed family gatherings, her many friends and shopping. Lucy is survived by her children, Jim (Arlene) Abraham, Marilyn (John) Batson and Barbara (Allan) Haberkamp; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her brother, Raymond (the late Jeanette) Fracassi; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward W. Abraham in 1978; her daughter, Joan in 2007; and her brothers, Angelo and Tony.
