Patsy Ann West, 74, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016, at The Meadows. She was born February 5, 1942, in Ripley, TN, to William Allen and Willie Myrl Cox Smith. She retired from Daybrite and was a caregiver to many people in Itawamba County. She was a former resident of Charleston Place for four years where she enjoyed listening to Bro. Terry Paul Graham's Message of Hope ministry. She loved flower gardening, working jigsaw puzzles, and sewing.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, May 16, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton. Burial will be in the Mantachie Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, William Ballinger; and one sister, Barbara Carver.
