Inez was the fifth of seven children born to Ethel Catherine (Belling) and Isadore Rousse. On 27 November 1947 she married Kenneth Francis Kososki and together they had four children: Marsha, Christine, Kenneth S. and Peter.

IRON MOUNTAIN — Inez U. Kososki, 72, of 1833 Ledge St., Niagara, Wis., died Thursday, April 26, 2001, at Florence Villa Nursing Home in Florence, Wis. She was born Feb. 10, 1929, in Two Rivers, Wis., daughter of the late Isadore and Ethel (Belling) Rousse. She grew up in Two Rivers and moved to Niagara in 1947. Mrs. Kososki owned a catering business and taught cake decorating classes. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and Christian Mothers. Mrs. Kososki loved to go to auctions and spend time at her cottage on the Menominee River, Badwater. She volunteered at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Iron Mountain and also enjoyed quilting, cooking, hunting and fishing. She married Kenneth F. Kososki on Nov. 27, 1947, in Niagara. He preceded her in death on June 28, 1999. She leaves two sons, Peter of White Lake, Wis., and Kenneth S. of Niagara; two daughters, Christine “Teena” (Louis) Schintgen of Niagara and Marsha Phillips of Iron Mountain; a sister, Arvilla Riha of Two Rivers; nine grandchildren, Emily and Joshua Kososki, Adam, Aaron, Austin, Tamara and Destiny Schintgen, Desiree Phillips and Cody Kososki, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Merlin and Arnold Rousse and three sisters, Jeniece Ott, Gloria Fredricks, and Marlene Rousse. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Niagara. A memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church. Fr. Michael Betley will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will be in Niagara Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the sixth floor of the Veterans Administration Medical Center’s activity fund.
