Tammy was the daughter of Marie Broadwell Jackson and Jimmy Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delma Fowler. Her father, Jimmy Lamar Jackson, and by her sister, Leslie Michelle Patrick. She is survived by a son, Shane McConnel, a daughter, Mia McConnel, her mother, Marie Jackson, and two brothers, Jimmy (Jack)Jackson and Scott Jackson.
