MRS. GEO. J. D'ARTOIS.

Mrs. Mary D'Artois, 54 years old, wife of George J. D'Artois, president of the oil company which bears his name, died at the Schumpert sanitarium yesterday morning at 3:40 o'clock after a long illness. The funeral cortege will go from the family residence on the Cedar Grove road to Holy Trinity church where services will be conducted by the Revs. Father F. Bertels and A. E. Fields, S. J. Interment will be made in the St. Joseph's cemetery. The arrangements are in charge of the Ahearn undertaking establishment. The cortege will leave the residence at 10 o'clock and the services will be at 10:30 o'clock.

Mrs. D'Artois was born in Corry, Pa., April 1, 1868 and came to Shreveport in 1911. She is survived by her husband and seven children, George B. D'Artois of El Dorado, Ark.; Mrs. Jose Slattery, Mrs. Charlie Doll; Will, Peter, and Patrick D'Artois and Miss Frances, D'Artois of Shreveport, and a sister, Mrs. Quincy Johnson, of Titusville, Pa. her cousins, Mr. and Mrs. John L. McKowen and son, of Sapulpa, Okla., and Miss Louis Quinn, of Texarkana, Ark., also will attend the funeral services.

The pallbearers will be Howard F. Doll, John F. Slattery, John H. Breffeilh, Edward McKeever, L. C. Butler, Patrick J. Clancy and Andrew Maloney.
