(Special to the News-Palladium) New Troy, Oct. 19- The death of Nathaniel Wharton, 76, occurred yesterday morning as the result of infirmities due to his advancing years. [He died at the County Infirmary] He was born in Ohio but had spent most of his life in New Troy. Funeral services are to be held Sunday morning at 11 o'clock at the Brethren church in New Troy, with burial in the New Troy cemetery. Surviving Mr. Wharton are four daughters, Mrs. William Gohring, New Troy; Mrs. Hattie Landis, Bendon, Michigan; Mrs. George Smith of Portland, Ore.; Mrs. John Plant, Kelso, Wash., and one sister, Mrs. Ella Byron of Three Oaks.
