Born July 15, 1887 in New Troy to Nathaniel and Sadie Wharton, she was married to William F. Goehring, Nov. 17, 1904, in LaMore, N. Dak. They came to New Troy and later lived in Buchanan before moving to Minnesota in 1932. Mr. Goehring died in 1953.
