On December 27, 1964, at the St. Boniface Sanatorium, Cordelia Carriere, aged 94 years, late of 132 Stephens St.
Mrs. Carriere was born in the Province of Quebec and came to Manitoba in 1872. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. B. Gaudreau and Mrs. M. Cadotte; one son Andre; 31 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Prayers will be said in the Desjardins Funeral Chapel on Wednesday at 8:00 pm. Requiem High Mass will be sung in the Immaculate Conception, Thursday at 10 am. Reverend Father J. H. Fitzgerald S.T.L. Celebrant. Interment will follow in the St. Boniface Cemetery.
