Roger Lee Bartley, 67 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at Parkview Nursing Home. Roger was born May 21, 1948 in Pikeville, KY to the late Herbert Lee Bartley & Annisteen Hylton Bartley. Roger is survived by one son, Roger Bartley, Jr. of Lexington, KY, one brother, Randall Bartley of Elkhorn City, KY and two sisters, Cathy Bartley of Pikeville, KY & Lora Marie Brown of Pigeon Forge, TN. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 1PM from the chapel with Randy Bentley officiating. Burial will follow Bartley Cemetery, Dry Fork of Marrowbone.
