Survivors are 1 son: Lucas Jordan Ramsey of Ashcamp, 2 daughters: Lisa Michelle Jones of Ashcamp and Brittany Nicole Damron of Pikeville, 2 brothers: Roger Lee Bartley of Shelby Valley and Randall Wayne Bartley of Marrowbone, 2 sisters: Cathy Lavoynne Bartley of Pikeville & Lora Marie Brown of Tennessee, Grandchildlren Makyla Ruth Jone and Hannah Faith Damron. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Russell Allen and Herbert Jr. in addition to her parents. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist faith and a retired teacher. Services will be held on Monday, 2:00PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Edgar Sanders and Homer Lee Mullins officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00PM-10:00PM, Saturday and Sunday, burial will follow in the Bartley Cemetery at Dry Fork of Marrowbone, Elkhorn City, Ky.
