The Times-Picayune, Thursday June 22, 1944. Bongiovanni-Grand. On Tuesday, June 20, 1944, at 1:15 o’clock a.m., Mary Bongiovanni-Grand. Beloved daughter of Frank Bongiovanni and the late Tina Pecorino, sister of Mrs. Manuel Gondell, Mrs. Sam Pizzitolo, Mrs. Lantino Sinson, Mrs. Earl Ragan, Mrs. William Lavene, Mrs. Camille Matherne, John and Thomas Spicuzza, Sam Bongiovanni, aged 45 years; a native of Lake Charles, La., and a resident of this city for many years.
Relatives and friends of the family, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, which will take place from the funeral home of E.J. Ranson and Sons, Inc., 1024 Elysian Fields avenue, between St. Claude avenue and North Rampart street, on Thursday, June 22, 1944, at 9:15 o’clock a.m. Requiem mass at Sts Peter and Paul church at 9:30 o’clock a.m. Interment in St. Roch cemetery.
