Florence Bongivonni Pizzitola, on Sunday, January 30, 1977, at 9:30 p.m., wife of the late Samuel Pizzitolo Sr., mother of Mrs. Mary Dobard, Samuel Jr., Frank J. Sr., Vincent P. and Nicholas Raymond Pizzitolo, sister of Mrs. Santa Lavene, Mrs. Rose Matherne, Mrs. Catherine Gondell, Mrs. Virginia Sinson, Johnny and Thomas Spiccuzza, and Sam Bongivonni, and the late Mrs. Mary Grand, daughter of the late Tina Pecarino and Frank Bongivonni, also survived by 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, age 76 years, a native of Lake Charles, La., and a resident of New Orleans. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in the chapel of Jacob Schoen and Son Inc., 3827 Canal St. on Tuesday, February 1, 1977 at 12 o'clock noon. Interment in St. John Cemetery. A parishioner of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. Friends may call after 6 p.m. Monday.
