Son of Alex Boswell Armstrong and Mary Sophia Armstrong, of 189, Lane Cove Rd., North Sydney.
As can be seen by a perusal of the attached notes, some believe that Pvt. Armstrong was taken POW whereas others consider that he was killed & buried nearby where he fell, his actual last resting place unknown.
