Mr. CARROLL EUGENE BOYER, 81, of 5531 Carroll Boyer Rd., Middletown, died Sunday, Sept. 26, at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Mrs. Beulah Ahalt Boyer, who predeceased him June 26, 1961. Born near Middletown, Oct. 4, 1900, he was a son of the late Emory Eugene and Carrie Arnold Boyer.
He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Middletown, and was engaged in farming in Middletown Valley.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Fonda Randall, Miss Audrey Boyer, Middletown and Mrs. Sue Wilkening; one son, the Rev. Carroll L. Boyer, Keedysville; 12 grandchidlren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Services were held at the Donald B. Thompson Funeral Home, Middletown; interment was in the Lutheran Cemetery, Middletown.
