Randolf F. Howard, age 86, of Annville and Formerly of Hersheywas the son of the late John W. and Carrie M [Farnsler] Howard. He was a World War II Army Veteran having served in the 17th Airborne Division. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge and was a Bronze Star receipient. He retired from HERCO as the Superintendent of Parke view Gold Course. Randy was a member of the Union Deposit United Methodist Church and Brownstone Masonic Lodge #666 F&AM. Sruviving are his wife, Marie J. [Spangler] Howard; son Terry L. Howard of Lebanon; stepsons; Donald L Jones of Cleona and J. Mitchell Jones of Ulysses; stepdaughters Connie Miller of Camp Hill; Cathy Jones of Marysville; four grndchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy [Bombgardner) Howard.
