Clarence Williamson, 89, a native of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his father, Walter D. Williamson (1883-1960) and his mother Annie Laura Sims Williamson (1885-1980).

Also preceded by siblings; Infant T. Williamson (1906-1906), Leon Swanson Williamson (1907-1990), Annie Louise Williamson Tippin (1910-1968), Walter Cecil Williamson Sr. (1915-1972), Kenneth Eugene Williamson (1925-?)

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary Frances Johnson Williamson, son Michael (Connie) Williamson and a daughter Leigh Ann Williamson Bradshaw; four grandchildren Mike and Brad Williamson, Alex and Wesley Bradshaw; a number of nieces and nephews.

A WWII Navy Veteran, Mr. Williamson was a charter member of the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts, the Montgomery Art Guild, a long time member of Dalraida Baptist Church and then moved to First Baptist Church of Inverness in 2005. He was a State Farm agent in Montgomery, Alabama for over 25 years and a long time member of Bonnie Crest Country Club.

The family will hold visitation on Sunday, April 24, 2016 from 2 – 3 pm with funeral service at Leak Memory Chapel, Montgomery, Alabama at 3 pm. Graveside interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
