Daughter of Nathan Wells and Esther Ward, Elizabeth married Stephen Cameron February 14, 1805, in Orange County, North Carolina. After her death in 1816, Stephen married Elizabeth Breeze Sanders in 1818, who appears in the 1850 Census as his wife. She was the widow of Richard Sanders, who died in 1836. Elizabeth 1 died in child birth with Duncan and the children after 1813 all belong to his second wife Elizabeth 2 who died in 1854 I believe. Some how the two elizabeths have gotten put together in the ancestry trees.
