Fudge of Michigantown; two sisters, Rita A. Dick of Frankfort and Vicki J. Kelsey of Lafayette; two brothers, Samuel Lee and Dorval Lynn Smith of Frankfort; and one grandson, Jared V. Fudge.
Burial was in Bunnell Cemetery.
