John [JW] William Berryhill, 50, died Monday, Oct. 9, 2006, as the result of a tractor accident at his home in Oxford. He was a construction superintendent for Tabors Development Company. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church, the Home Builders Association of North Mississippi and the North Mississippi Trailriders. He enjoyed horseback riding, golf and traveling.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Waller Funeral Home Chapel in Oxford with the Rev. Larry Wicker officiating. Burial will be in Oxford Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Shoffner Berryhill of Oxford; two daughters, Amanda Heard (Andy) and Christie Perkins (Josh) of Oxford; three sisters, Barbara Tidwell of Oxford, Lee Ann Hood of Water Valley and Hazel Potts of Brookhaven; two brothers, Mark Berryhill of Water Valley and Timothy Berryhill of Bruce; four grandchildren, Tyler and Ethan Heard, and Julia Kate and Caroline Grace Perkins, all of Oxford.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Lee and Dealie Mae Berryhill and two brothers, Marvin Lee Berryhill and Johnny Mack Berryhill.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Cause of Death: Accident.
