A Funeral Service will be held Monday, May 5, 2014, at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home in Oxford, MS with Rev. Randy Hope Officiating.
Burial will take place in Old Union Cemetery in Tula, MS.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., Prior to the Service.
Born in Water Valley, Mississippi to the late John Lee and Dealie Mae Hawkins Berryhill.
Mrs. Tidwell was a Housewife and Mother who Loved Spending Time with her Children, Grandchildren, Family, Friends and her Companion, Steve.
Throughout her Life she Worked at Shoney's and also as a Custodian at Baptist Memorial Hospital and Graceland Care Center.
Elaine Loved her Dogs and Rescuing Animals.
She Enjoyed Sitting on the Side of the River Bank Fishing.
Along with her Parents, Mrs. Tidwell was Preceded in Death by her Husband, James Edward Tidwell; and Brothers, J.W. Berryhill, Johnny Mack Berryhill, and Marvin Lee Berryhill.
Mrs. Tidwell is Survived by a Significant Other, Steven P. Seiferth of Water Valley, MS; Three Daughters, Tammie Tidwell Thompson; Tina Tidwell Chandler; and Melissa Tidwell Burns; All of Oxford, MS; Two Sisters, Lee Ann Berryhill Hood of Water Valley, MS; and Hazel Berryhill Potts of Brookhaven, MS; Two Brothers, Timmy Berryhill of Water Valley, MS; and Mark Berryhill of Oxford, MS; and Six Grandchildren, Justin Clayton, Ariel Thompson, Amber Chandler, Jonathon Chandler, Cheyenne Peters, and Robert Burns.
