Funeral services for Dianna Lynn Grimmett-Davis were held on Wednesday, April 6th, 2016 at the Reed-Culver Chapel with Pastor Jim Bird officiating.

Dianna Lynn Grimmett-Davis was born on January 28th, 1964 in Denver, CO, the daughter of Turner and Laura (Wilson) Grimmett. She attended school and obtained her LPN degree. Dianna was a loving, compassionate nurse, always caring for those in her care as if they were her family, a job she held for over 18 years.

On August 16th 1984, she married the love of her life and her life's companion, James Davis. They were the proud parents of one daughter, Teri.

Dianna was a family oriented woman, there was nothing more special to her than her husband, daughter, and especially her grandchildren! Her free time was spent taking them to her favorite fishing hole, or riding around the countryside. She loved football and OU was the only team worth watching! She enjoyed spending a little time shooting pool. At her home, she liked to crochet and chase her grandchildren through the yard.

A Christian by faith, she was a member of the Illinois River Baptist Church.

The Lord called this loving wife, mother, and caregiver home from her labors on April 3rd, 2016 in Tahlequah, OK. She was 52 years old. Her sweet smile and loving embrace will be missed by her many family and friends.

Dianna is preceded in death by her mother, two brothers, Dewayne Grimmett and Darren Grimmett, and one grandchild, Ridley Nunn.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband James of the home, her adored daughter Teri Nunn and husband Travis of Genrty, AR and their children, River Nunn and Raylen Nunn also of Gentry, AR. She leaves behind her father, Turner Grimmett , and her six sisters, Mona Boshey of Denver, CO, Lisa Buchwalter of Wooster, OH, Julie Strashiem of Denver, CO, Debbie Mosby of Sallisaw, OK, Devona Morris of Vian, OK, and Donna Tiger of Tulsa, OK. Dianna leaves many nieces, nephews, cousin and a host of friends and loved ones.
