Teresa spent most of her life in Greenville, AL were she raised a family. She was a registered nurse for many years at Stabler Memorial Hospital in Greenville. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church for many years and she enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents.
Teresa is survived by her children, Tony Nelson Jr. (wife Mandy) of Hugo, OK, April Nelson (wife Margie Fiore) of Baltimore, MD, Brandy Spandler-Davison (husband Daniel) of Shanghai, China and Ashley Nelson (wife Jennifer Underwood) of Ocean Springs, MS. She is also survived by: grandchildren Addison and Avery Fiore-Nelson of Baltimore, MD, Kyle and Keara Nelson of Hugo, OK, and Timothy Spandler-Davison of Shanghai, China; one brother, Allen Edgar of Greenville, AL; the father of her children, Tony R. Nelson Sr. and his wife Frances Nelson; and numerous extended relatives and friends.
Graveside services ~ Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo, OK. Pastor Phil McKay will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service, Durant.
