Nahm services slated Tuesday
Miriam Nahm, 77, a lifelong resident and a member of a pioneer family, passed away Saturday in the Northeastern Regional Hospital following a long illness.
She was born Aug. 4, 1906 in Las Vegas, the daughter of Sigmund and Ella Kohn Nahm. She attended local schools after which she served as a legal secretary for various law firms, including Noble & Spies, for whom she worked the longest. She retired several years ago.
She is survived by two brothers, Joseph Nahm and wife Floy of Carlsbad, and Dr. Milton Nahm of Bryn Mawr, Pa.; a niece, Fay Ellen Snow and husband Bob of Fort Worth, Texas: a sister-in-law, Mrs. Henry Nahm, of Fort Worth. Her brother, Henry, died in 1981. (sic 1980)
Private services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the graveside in Montefiore Cemetery.
Johnsen Memorial Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
