Gussie Bush Steeley, 68, of Bunch, OK, died on April 12, 2016 in Sallisaw. She was born on April 11, 1948 in Bunch to Issac and Narcy (Smith) Bush.

Gussie had worked in numerous places, Dwight Mission, CNI, Redbird Smith Health Center and Facet. Worked for the elderly organIzation at the Marble City Food Pantry and Marble City School. She loved to sew, cook going to stomp dance and attending church at the House of Prayer. Enjoyed spending time with family, friends especially her grandkids and great grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her husband-Johnny Mack Steeley, parents and siblings; Paggie Bush, Lyndia Christie, Benny Bush and Issac Warren Bush.

She is survived by her children and their spouses; Sherry and Bruce Billingley of Norman, Jeff and Dixie Steeley of Marble City, Gwen and Watie Chuculate of Sallisaw, Narcie and Frank Noel of Sallisaw, Cathy Steeley and Jonathan Gonzales of Sallisaw. Siblings; Abbie Flute of Flute Springs, Katherine Crisp of Fort Smith, Sheila Bush of Muskogee, Ronnie Bush of Flute Springs and Johnny Hooper of Phoenix, AZ. Grandchildren; Mark, Melissa, T.J., Amanda, Bre’Anna, Chris, Keith, Nedra, Brynne, Telerra, John Henry, Kaheya, Casey, Marcus, Chris Noel, Jesse, Victoria, Dillon, Stephanie, Jason, Harlie, Alyssa, Kordell, Sarah and Jakob. Great grandchildren; Derica, Trenton, Brayden, Spike, Little B, Kiley, Dannika, Parker, Socia, Paige, Caleb, Raquel, Kimmy, Abagail, C.J., Dreton, Bre’Auna, Brooke, Blake, Julia and Adrianna. 1 great Great grandchild-Analyn Kay.

Funeral Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016 in the House of Praise in Marble City with Clifton Pettit officiating. Burial will follow in the Flute Springs Cemetery.
