Mrs. Sheila Marie Robinson, age 56, of Opelika, AL passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at the East Opelika Medical Center in Opelika. She was born on August 28, 1959 in Shreveport, LA.
Mrs. Robinson is survived by her husband of 39 years, Mike Robinson; her son, Michael (Kandance) Robinson; her grandson, Lincoln Robinson; and her brother, Grover Brown.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Grover and Faye Brown; and two sisters, Nancy Brown and Gwen Waites.
Mrs. Robinson passed away due to heart complications. She worked as an extremely successful mortgage loan officer for the major part of her adult life. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, road trips, and spending time with loved ones. She will be dearly missed.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 12:00 Noon (EST) at the graveside in Johnson Memorial Gardens in Valley, AL. Pastor Jeff Thorn will be officiating. No visitation is planned.
