RIGGS, HAZEL IMOGENE KARNES age 83, of Halls, went home to be with the Lord April 22, 2013 at her home. She was preceded in death by parents Herbert and Lilly Karnes; son Roger Dale Riggs; infant daughter Becky Sue Riggs and seven brothers and sisters.
Survivors include husband of 61 years Alvin Riggs; son and daughter-in-law, four grandchildren, a sister, one sister-in-law ,and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Friday at Mt. Harmony Cemetery for interment at 11:00 am.
