Gary Wayne Stephens, 67, of Madison, passed away Monday.
Mr. Stephens was a member of the Southside Baptist Church and a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Era.
He was preceded in death by father, Carl O’Dell Stephens, mother, Gladys Hazel Stephens, and nephew, James Wesley Baker.
Visitation will be Friday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will follow in the Chapel at 1:00 pm with Pastor Michael James Walker officiating.
Interment will be at the Beulah Cemetery in Fyffe.
