Luenell Sellers Hughes, 79, a U. S. Postal Service retiree, of Magee died of cancer on June 27, 2007, at the family residence.
Funeral services were conducted from Tutor Funeral Home Chapel in Magee on Saturday, June 30. Burial was in Sharon Cemetery.
Mrs. Hughes was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Magee. She loved all kinds of flowers and always had a beautiful yard.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel B. Hughes of Magee; a son, Ronnie Hughes of Austin, Texas; a daughter, Lou Estes of Pelson, Ark.; a brother, Cortez Sellers of Magee; four grandchildren, Lara Hollaway, Michael Hughes, Kyle Hughes and Lissa Hughes; and one great-grandchild, Joshua Jordan Lemmond.
