Dear daughter of God, Yolanda Serrano Williams, passed peacefully through the veil March 30, 2016, after a long battle with cancer. Throughout her blessed lifetime, Yolanda had many titles: Sister missionary in Cali, Colombia; Judge in Santander, Colombia; lawyer for the Colombian Government; translator for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; Gospel Doctrine instructor; Primary teacher; grandmother; sister; aunt; wife; and her favorite of all, devoted mother.
Family Message: "We want to thank all who have ministered to Yolanda and our family during her illness and throughout her lifetime."
Survived By: Her loving husband, Jack Garrett Williams; her mother, Angelica Henriquez; her brother, Fabio Henriquez; her sister, Luz Petrucka; her sons, Juan Grandas and Samuel Williams; her stepsons, Chad Williams and Benjamin Williams; her stepdaughter, Sarah Williams.
