A.O. "Pete" Evans, age 85, of Sherwood, Arkansas, passed away Monday, March 28, 2016. He was born February 20, 1931 to Ruthie Ashcraft Evans of Morrilton. He was a Korean War Veteran. He worked for the Little Rock Police Department for 20 years and retired after 18 years as an agent in the Enforcement Division of Alcohol Beverage Control.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, two daughters, a son, ten siblings, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
