PROMINENT FARMER DIES SUDDENLY
Death called August Lensing from the midst of his labors Tuesday. He was at work in the field in the Town of Mishicot with his son, William and was rolling the newly sown ground when stricken with a heart attack. The son noticed the fact that the team was without a driver and upon investigating found that Mr. Lensing had fallen from the seat and lay on the ground in a semi-conscious state. Help was summoned, a physician arrived quickly, but Mr. Lensing had lapsed into complete unconsciousness and lived but a few minutes. Deceased was born at Manitowoc Rapids in 1857 and has resided in the town of Mishicot for the past 35 years. Besides his wife he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Haese and Mrs. John Kriehn of Two Rivers and Mabel and two sons, Henry and William. The funeral will take place this afternoon from the home, Rev. Weihing officiating.
