MORROW, Hattie Claudine Rocke, (Harriet), 93, of Buchanan, went Home to be with the Lord, on Sunday, May 19, 2002, at the home of her son, Harry Morrow, in Buchanan. Born April 21, 1909, in Troutville, Va., she was predeceased by her parents, Jacob Smith Rocke and Alice Belle Damewood Rocke; also her husband of 42 years, Tom and her son, Tom, Jr. She is survived by her brother, Woodrow Rocke and wife, Violet of Daleville; daughters, Laura Allison and husband, Noel of Buchanan, Carol Barnett and husband, Dillon of Danville; sons, George Morrow and wife, Jean of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, David Morrow and wife, Debbie of Anderson, Indiana, Paul Morrow and wife, Barbara of Buchanan, Harry Morrow and wife, Ellen of Buchanan. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. The family will receive visitors from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday May 21, 2002, at the Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2002, at 2 p.m., from the Buchanan Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Woody officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Buchanan. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Buchanan Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 553, Buchanan, Va. 24066. Arrangements by Botetourt Funeral Home, (254-3000).
