Wayne "Hot Dog" Charles Boudreaux, 59, a native and resident of Napoleonville, LA passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016.

For the last year Wayne was employed at CF Industries in the warehouse. Although he loved this new chapter of his career, he will always be remembered for being the proud owner of B&B Ace Hardware. For over 33 years he faithfully served his customers and community. Hot Dog was a hard working man and was truly the epitome of "the helpful hardware man". He was a devoted husband and father to his wife Gayle and children Chase and Shelby. Hot Dog loved life, enjoyed being the life of the party, and was a Disney World fanatic. He loved his friends, his garden, and would have given you the shirt off of his back or any tool in his shed. He made a lasting impression on those he met and was a character to say the least.

Wayne was preceded in death by his father, Oscar Boudreaux; sister, Karen Boudreaux.

He is survived by his wife, Gayle Talbot Boudreaux; children, Chase Boudreaux, Shelby Boudreaux; mother, Edith Theriot Boudreaux; brothers, Oscar "Boogie" Boudreaux Jr. and wife Janet, Mike Boudreaux and wife Sherrie, Daniel "Stompa" Boudreaux and wife Cindy, Arthur Boudreaux and wife Jane, Neal "Coo" Boudreaux and wife Malissa; sisters, Lydia Sanchez and husband Roland, and Susan Hooper and husband Dana. Hot Dog truly held a special place in his heart for Chet and Connor Ourso who he considered his own, along with a host of loved nieces and nephews. He also cherished his Talbot family more than words could ever express.

The family would like to thank all of the first responders and those who assisted in anyway on Sunday.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM at Landry’s Funeral Home in Napoleonville, LA and Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 9:00 AM until funeral time at St. Anne Catholic Church in Napoleonville, LA.
