EMIL H. LEITZKE
Emil H. Leitzke, 72, of 2939-37th St., Two Rivers, died Saturday in Two Rivers
Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. John Lutheran Church, Two Rivers.
The Rev. Edward Stelter will officiate and burial will be in Pioneers Rest
Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mr. Leitzke was born May 23, 1906, in Hustisford, Wis., son of the late Herman
and Helena Kinkel Leitzke. He married Geraldine Zinn May 9, 1930, in St. John
Church. Mr. Leitzke taught in St. John Lutheran School for 44 years, serving 39
years as principal of the school.
Survivors include his wife, a son and daughter-in-law, Glenn and Vera Mae Leitzke
of Manitowoc; a daughter and son-in-law, Norman and Kay Pantzlaff of Reedsville;
two sisters, Mrs. Ernest (Louise) Breivogel of Two Rivers and Mrs. Otto (Ruth)
Bethke of Milwaukee and six grandchildren. A brother and three sisters preceded
him in death.
Friends may call in Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home after 4 o'clock this
Monday afternoon and in the church after 9 a.m. Tuesday until the time of
service.
