A graveside service was held Tuesday at Lakewood Memorial Park for Rose Hilton Cornog, 84, of Turlock. She died on April 4, 2012 at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock.
Allen Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
Born in January 1928 in Greenmound, Mo., to William and Maude Hilton, Rose was raised in Chadwick, Mo. She moved to Turlock in 1947. She was a member of the Ceres Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling to Missouri.
She leaves behind her two children, La-Juana Maule and Mitchell Cornog, both of Turlock; and six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son Tommy Cornog, her parents and four siblings.
