Francis M. Kelley MD.,Francis Michael Kelley, MD, 79. Survived by wife, Margaret Kelley, sons Michael Francis, (Lissette Ann Miller), David John, (Teresa Anne McMahan), and grandsons, Sean Francis, and Ryan Michael.
Frank passed away rather suddenly and peacefully from sarcoma in Coral Gables, Florida, at the University of Miami Doctor's Hospital. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Georgetown University, Dr. Kelley was a partner of Ide Radiology, and was the lead physician for Highland Hospital for many years. He also served as the chief administrator of the Saigon Hospital in Viet Nam for the US Army. He was an avid private pilot and a member of the "Ye Ancient & Secret Order of the Quiet Birdmen" ROC Hanger. Dr. Kelley was a member and leader of many medical and other associations, including the University of Rochester, Canandaigua Medical Society, Monroe Medical Society, New York State Medical Society, and American Legion Post #0031, South Miami, Florida.
Interment will be held at St. Patrick's Cemetery with military honors.
